I feel like some of them really work (like with Dizee) but as they get more prevelant its pretty damn clear they are jusr standing in for shit they didn't actually shoot.
Also they are sneakily reusing shots.

I actually think it is amazing. I don't know about Atlanta, but in NYC you have to show up like an hour early to get a good seat at a full show. Assigned seating makes my life so much less stressful.

Most major cities? Anywhere with an AMC? Isn't assigned seating becoming the norm now in cities? In NYC it is.

I still get emails from Pizza Hut hong kong after eating there. No idea why. I love pizza hut, grew up on it. PH HK is disgusting

oh my god. I forgot all about book it! Also pizza hut breadsticks are the best and nothing will ever convince me otherwise.

100% agree. Say what you will about the quality of any of it (which I Thought was mostly great btw) but it for sure changed how TV was made and viewed.

Wait, what does Lust Caution have to do with anything?

Counterpoint, True Blood was trash but its first few seasons were also super well written with a lot to say.

True, but it would have dampened the terror of Perry throughout the season if we knew eventually he would get his. Even if we figured out about Max and Parry raping Jane -there was still up until the end the chance that Perry could have killed Celeste, or Jane.

And also, if it becomes something other than an accident thats drags everyone through trials, including the children, which is what no one wants. Also then the kids grow up knowing that one of their friends moms murdered their dad? Better to maintain to everyone else that it was an accident and let it fade away. The

Keep the same creative team - Witherspoon, Kidman, Kelley - but find new material. You won't be able to replicate this

100% agree. I am glad they didn't make it a "big twist", Life does not often have twists, just surprises that mostly seem obvious in hindsight.

I actually found myself laughing a lot in this finale even when it was so tense. Mainly at Madeline's one liners, but still

I also think that maybe they didn't want it to be a "big twist" (like it is in the books maybe?) they used it as a mystery but it became clear to me a few episodes ago that they wanted us to know how it all played out. Making it a huge twist would have cheapened the whole series.

I do think in a way, you could read it that she was sort of looking for him, maybe she knew the general area of CA he was from… but she sure did not expect to find him to close to her new home.

Thank Xenu. He's the worst.

I don't think he is the rapist, but I do think he is the murder victim and that Jane kills him. I think in the next episode we find out the twins are the bullies and it finally pushes Celeste to leave. Perry finds her at the party and attacks. Jane has a flashback / wants to save her friend and kills him. I don't

The "standard male gaze" is creepy. Using the phrase "standard male gaze" is even creepier.

I'm actually a little bit afraid for her safety to be honest. Hope her publicist or someone went to this creeps house with her!

Wow, incredibly condescending. I was responding to the fact that you seem to think that there is no character driven way this girl would sleep with David, even if David is being a bit strange. Sorry that the show didn't spell out to you things that are common to human nature that any writer would assume people would
