I don’t agree with the death penalty. Far too many innocent people have been murdered by the state to allow that process to continue, regardless of the crimes or obvious guilt. It’s tough to maintain that belief when I see people like Dylann Roof, or Charles Manson.

That was the original sentence. Then California ended the death penalty, which turned all death sentences to life sentences. He was never going to get out. And the truth is that he was a celebrity when he was originally tried. He did not become more of a celebrity after he was convicted. Whatever “cult hero” status

No. There is no case that deserves the death penalty because actions don’t happen in a vacuum. Using the death penalty on that guy will inevitably result in using it on an innocent at some point, especially with how fucked up forensic science is.

O.M.G. Just stop.

I am beyond tired of being a white woman that is expected to apologize

Your comment is such peak white feminism

As a woman interviewed by the Root said earlier this week: “Racism is white people’s problem. They started it. They need to fix it.”

That commentator ‘Siege Mentality...’ just casually AllLivesMatter-ed Zinzi’s statement. Remarkable.

Why? Why do you still need her to specifically speak out to you? Why is there always a caveat when Black feminists or feminist of color do something because you weren’t included. Welcome to it.

Nobody ever talks about what a great clown he was!

Doesn’t it make more sense for the KR in the tattoo to be “Keith Raniere” (the cult leader) instead of “Kristin Kreuk”??? I’d be surprised if someone who only joined the cult temporarily and then left would be “honored” by having her initials inscribed on everyone.

Wow...you just send me down a rabbit hole there...

I thought it’s KR for Keith Ranier the creepy leader.

Men absolutely act like this. And not just millennials.

I’ve known several men this needy.

I think the power dynamics must have thrilled her, just as they thrill any man.

I don’t know about throwing around the word “sociopath,” but yeah, there’s no real acknowledgement that she did these things. They didn’t just somehow happen to her.

It’s “mea culpa” you head ass

I never commented before, but I will gladly do so now.

WHERE THOSE APOLOGISTS AT? What was that again about Jezebel rumor mongering and dragging a good man down and there haven’t been any “real” accusations?
