The reason why it wasn’t successful in the past is because strapping a bulky, standard definition CRT monitor to your face makes for real shitty VR. We’re finally at the point where the tech allows for what we couldn’t do in the 90s. By your logic, the recent uptick in the popularity of electric cars is just a fad,

I mean, millions is still... millions of people. 

By masses I mean the millions of people who wanted VR but couldn’t afford a high end PC and VR headset. It was a great option and opened the door to VR gaming to millions of people. 

And didn’t his mother drive him there? Like she was taking him on a playdate? 

This asshole illegally acquired a gun and crossed state lines with the intention of shooting people and has the gall to claim he committed multiple murders in self-defense. The only sad part is that he didn’t have the common sense God gave the average cockroach to stay home instead.

And then he was so tormented over his ordeal that he committed suicide. But I see it as the system killing him. 

exactly. a better pitch would have been “you get the whole thing to yourself” or something along those lines.

Oh, well as long as you had no intentions of insensitivity, then I guess it’s fine to encourage Americans to remain selfish and put their loved ones at increased risk of death or permanent lung, heart or brain damage for purely financial gain of your company.

I don’t know how you could possibly think that this episode was suggesting “both sides are bad” or any sort of equivalency between Nazis and progressives. That’s just ridiculous. Some people fake/use progressivism in order to gain power and wealth; Neuman is one of those people.

“The Wat of Acid” is terrific, but, damn, BoJack’s “The View From Halfway Down” should have won. It’s just... like nothing else.
