That’s a terrible idea. That will just lead to bills being litigated instead of laws. And most likely all bills being litigated. This would create more back log and obstruction than already exists.

Somebody slept through government class. You are describing the judiciary. And you mean blatantly unconstitutional not illegal. A bill being passed and signed into law is by definition, legal. Whether or not it’s constitutional is another matter.

Serious question: If its offered by NHS why do non profits also need to offer it?

A lot of this mess would go away if Planned Parenthood would spin off the its abortion services to a separate entity. Legally the health side would be separate and not providing abortions so there couldn’t be objection to gov dollars going to them.
