@Snafu77: Don't feed the troll!

I knew there was a reason I was waiting to preorder Reach.

@Winston Smith: Its not that the speed is gated to match the slowest performer, its the limited amount of stuff you can shove through a pipe at a given moment.

@Winston Smith: Its bad because it allows the bigger companies to essentially take over the internet and muscle out the little guys by choking them off from the users.

@Jared D: I feel so... ignorant

@lostarchitect: I'm not an expert, but I'm almost certain that there are mirrors within the laser weapon itself. My dad runs a laser welder at work and it has a series of concave mirrors that bounce the beam around and focus it down to a small enough point that it can be used for welding.

@Gigglebox: Ah yes, one of the many invaluable skills that carries on from high school marching band. The posture helps too, it gives you an appearance of purpose and people tend to get out of your way when you look like you are on a mission.

@Boots_Mcoy: And just how much are you doing to clean up the oil?

@Finstern: Hooooly crap, this is gonna be epic. I need to make more space in my schedule for Reach than I had originally anticipated.

@openfly: There is an incredibly fine line between courage and stupidity. Considering the fact that there is no way Manning could possibly know the contents of all 260,000 documents, I'm leaning more towards stupidity.

@ads2k2: Yup, I usually plug mine into my laptop because its closer to my chair than the 360.

So its like a giant pherisis machine for the ocean. Cool.

@Paul Dmytrewycz: I worked at a movie store and got this all the time. I would actually get both copies then show the customer a scene from the movie in each format. Sometimes that didn't even get them to understand that widescreen actually gives you more picture. Well, unless it happens to be one of those rare

@mr_mr: This is the same as crash testing with cars.

@Joshua Bardwell: I think the idea behind it is that the mere existence of such a device will work as a deterrent.

@Big_Mikey99: I made it a point to always keep my 360 in a well ventilated area, it had a full 6 inches of open space on each side, 8 inches to the shelf above it, and over a foot to the wall behind it. It sat on top of a rarely used VCR with an aluminum case which essentially became an external heatsink.
