Good take, I figured this would come next. All parents with young kids should be relegated to the house until that child can behave more like an adult. Have cross country family? Sucks to be them, hope they have the means to take extra time off to account for drive time and possibly pay extra costs. Otherwise, they’re

What an extraordinarily ignorant view on children and parenting. This may sound shocking, but tiny children often behave very differently from each other, regardless of the parenting method.

yeah, but if you are selling a car, you put a can of freon in it before someone shows up for a test drive.  If you tell them upfront the AC is dead, it means parts of the compressor are in the dryer.

The day I get out of prison, my OWN brother picks me up in a POLICE truck.

Where is the “un-star” button?

That supercharger totally adds $20k to the value of this truck! LMAO

You can’t Tough On Crime addictions.  These people are not thinking rationally.  Nor do they care in the moment about the consequences.

“not a good look for the sport”

I grew up in Greenville, SC, not far from the BMW plant. I saw these things so often that I grew to loathe them.

I plasti-dipped the wheels on my 924S white and it looked freaking awesome for exactly 2 days before it started peeling and flaking off and looking like trash. The guy I sold it to still brings it to track days, and he has since peeled off the plasti-dip and gotten them properly powdercoated in the same shade.

The 20-inch alloys have been painted black (the spare is still factory silver) and perhaps are the worse for it.” Perhaps, nothing. Black wheels must die and this vehicle is a perfect example of why.

I’m suuuuure your $500 brick is in comparable condition to this.

I feel like the random red carbon fiber tells me all I need to know. Plus if I am buying a BMW convertible money pit, it isn’t going to be the worst color in the catalog.

THAT picture was the tipping point??

The sad irony is, had they put that much money and effort into keeping it 100% stock? It would easily command the price they’re asking. But now? It’s just someone else’s show car where none of the blues are the same shade and the wheels are unfortunate.

No! The two motors share little besides the displacement, the block & the crankshaft and small items (see below). The GT has larger turbos, it’s a dry sump oil system, different intake, TB, cams, pistons, con rods, etc. Small things like plugs and coils are the same but the internals are way beefed up. Remember this

My daily driver may be a BMW, but I’m a steadfast user of turn signals.

...neither of our bikes have self-canceling blinkers, so I have to slide the button back to “OFF” after turning like it’s 1986.
