Good. I dunno who killed that poor woman, but this kid was railroaded. Guilty or not, that confession was some bullshit.
Every element of that case involving Dassey just made me livid. It was so clear that members of his defense team essentially colluded with the prosecution because just saw the kid as worthless white trash.
There were several moments throughout their “interview” that the police made obvious mistakes that would make it easy for any judge to determine that the confession was coerced, regardless of his mental ability. I have no idea what took so long for a judge to see this.
It’s relevant because even though totally average people can be coerced into confessions, his issues made him much more susceptible.
Thank goodness. I think it is episode 4 or so where they hit you with this twist in the series and it blew me away.
