Do you live near a teaching university or school of any kind? You could volunteer as a patient for students.

Have you been eating anything really hard or chewy? I find that it’s best if I stay away from Skittles or hard Sweet Tarts and even sometimes Kettle Chips or bread with a hard crust. My teeth will really hurt for the next day or two.
