Ok, but what if there were locks so secure that there was literally no way for cops to walk in to search? Even if they had a warrant? And the law said you couldn’t be compelled to tell the cops the combination to those locks? Surely that presents a problem that needs to be addressed, right?

So the question is, whose fault is that poor training and lack of practice? Was he sent into the streets without enough training, basically a powder keg waiting to blow? Or did he receive proper training, and he’s just incompetent/chose to ignore it?
