Damn 50 lbs that is amazing work. I’m doing a body recompilation training so its a different beast entirely but regardless of your goals eat less then you burn is the fundamental and only truth you need to know to lose weight (preferably body fat). Everything else is a distraction.
Basically counting macro’s and being mindful of calories. My macro breakdown is 40/40/20 carbs/protein/fat.
