Well I think this letter about the filing of a Title IX complaint creates a chilling environment on campus, thus necessitating it’s own Title IX complaint. \sarcasm

Context does count for a lot. The context here is two comedians talking about their comedy program. What feels really appropriate, when it’s just a reporter and no recording, is to take it with a grain of salt when’s it’s filtered from them, to a reporter, to the page.

Exactly. This cake is more on the side of a political statement than someone just going about their life. If someone came in and said I want a “Support Life”, “Support Choice” cake, etc. then a business should be able to say no.
