Maggie Gyllenhaal joins the club/thought Charlize Theron was “astonishing” in Mad Max: Fury Road.

People shouldn’t have to worry that some perverted douche is trying to photograph up their clothes, but if it happens, they should have legal recourse.

I’m not saying women do it too. I’m saying men are victims of this stuff too. Do you see the difference? Do you think women are the only people that could possibly show interest in male bodies? Nice hetero-centrism there. I’m done with you, goodbye.

I’ve been posting here for a few years, where have YOU come from? And I’m not commenting on every single thread, I commented on like 3. And discussed 3 different aspects of the story. Why are you so worried about what I’m doing?

“If teachers were honest with report card comments: Jimmy continues to be an (expletive). I would like him to stop being an (expletive).”

Ah, the Reddit boogeyman.

No, but gay guys are a thing. And there are just as many gay creeps ass straight creeps.

The problem is, from what I’ve seen, a vast majority of them do come about from “just happening”. And making a law that covers the ones that don’t just happen is very difficult. That’s why these laws keep getting shot down.

There are usually two types of situations where “upskirt” pictures happen and police get involved. The first is these “plain view” type photos. A story was posted here of a man who was taking photos on the stairs of a monument where, because of the angle on the stairs and people sitting on them, he had clear,

If by “defending upskirts” you mean counter people’s misconceptions about the law and provide examples of it happening to both men and women, then sure. But I don’t think a reasonable person would call that “defending upskirts”. But look at where I’m posting! I should have known better.

But most “traditional” upskirt photos are taken from this type of angle, not drunk women in limos.

Unless you are doing this* to a woman you shouldn’t be seeing up her skirt.

Not anymore gross than having an inappropriate boner plainly visible. You’re out in public. People see it. If people in public can see it, it can be photographed. Seems fair to me.

How often do magazines publish pictures of Jon Hamm’s massive bulge? Remember Idris Elba? They do it here, too. Basically, when a pap happens to catch something like that, they publish it.

You know up-shorting is a thing too, right? And it’s legal, if everything’s in plain view.

infringed on some nice man’s

Are they plainly visible? Then you can take a photo.

How is it not illegal already? Because, in general, people in public don’t have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Or, in other words, if I’m in public I have the right to point and click a camera most places. Codifying limitations on upskirting but not any other allowed photography is, in legalese, really fucking

But they really, really look like alien eggs.

I doubt that, not quite PC enough. Just being a generally duplicitous asshole, though? I could see that.
