That’s your body adjusting to the recovery rate needed for the new stress you’re putting on it. Keep the workouts consistent and you’ll find the recovery rate extends to breaks in between sets.

I think you may have overloaded without letting your body get used to the work.

Even if you can push out a high volume of exercise, if you haven’t been active anytime recently your body has been in a “low impact mode” and it needs to accommodate to the new load you’re putting on it.

too bad the replayability on Portal isn’t as high as Halo.

Once you FINALLY figure out the puzzles, it’s a bit hard to do it again unjaded by the knowledge. Even if it’s been a long time since you last played.
