Australia for example does not have gay marriage yet, but it’s not necessarily any more homophobic than the US. A straight diplomat from Australia can get a visa for their spouse. A gay diplomat from Australia cannot…

They come for us but learn and appreciate nothing about us, and keep working against us. If pressed, they will say they make the economy better and that helps everyone, including gays. 

Because you know a significant portion of the world isn’t keen on gay marriage yet, and the US, being the greatest country in the world, is supposed to set an example.

He basically said "I wasn't giving notes, that implies I was critiquing a performance." Followed by "I explained to her why she made the scene hit a wall". I'm done, this dude is a little baby.
