I am 100% ok with the measures that these fine officers were forced to take. We all have to remember that America isn’t as safe as it used to be. How do we all forget all of the (so goddamn many! Seriously google them!!) fatherless Black women and men who have shot up elementary schools, high schools, movie…

How would this backfire? Would they retaliate by only hiring men? They actually already do this.

Because it wasn’t just about making sure that these brilliant, amazing young women lose. It was about humiliating, and degrading them. It was about making sure that they knew that they aren’t (and will never be) as good as the very hardworking white folks.
