The fake one was a real life person who went by the ring name Lance von Erich. I think he was supposed to be a cousin but I am not positive. He didn’t have any actual relation to them though. I read somewhere that he is barely in the movie. Not sure why they left the youngest brother out though.

They were. I watched them and I live in Southern California. They weren’t as big as WWF but WCCW and the Von Erich’s definitely were known.

That really depends on the state and what defines each murder type. The prosecution in a case comes up with a list to throw at a defendant, if they can create a case around each applicable type. Not all of those end up sticking because the judge decides which one(s) do or don’t.

I’m also confused how you can get charged with more than one “count” of murder if you murder a single person? Same with the three “counts” of having a weapon during a crime, presumably it’s because 3 crimes were committed, all during the same single weapon possession but seems like overkill.

This was a standard dish in my family’s 1980s get-togethers (in Michigan), and they mostly all made it the same. But they didn’t include marshmallows. They did include cottage cheese and walnuts. I think the cottage cheese made it less of a dessert thing.
