Thank you very much, I really appreciate hearing that.

So I just got caught up via Netflix, and I really loved this episode and the prior one. Admittedly, I thought the season lagged slightly while they were focusing on gathering the pieces of the loom and such — it felt a little ‘garden-variety Supernatural plot’ to me, with a slight dip in the proper Legends…
I can’t help but imagine that someone floated the idea during the writing or production stages, only to get overruled by just how much trouble that would be to get right without using actual glitter, which means that they would still be cleaning it off of various costumes, props, and sets a couple of years from now.
So I’m a little behind schedule on this one, partially because I stream the episodes (legally) and the uploads have been coming on average a day later than they should be for some reason, partially because of just life getting in the way, and partially because I’ve had to rack my brain a bit trying to come up with a…
Oooh, this is a rough one for me, mostly because everyone kinda picked an even mix of stuff I love and stuff I could go either way on. Aimee squeaks it out with the ice cream sandwich/Klondike Krunch combo. (It’s close enough that had she chosen a plain, non-crunchy Klondike that might’ve been enough to change my…
We’ve got a few different locations here, but there’s one I wouldn’t be surprised if they closed it. Which is a shame, because between location and the store interior (also, the employees there like me) it’s probably the nicest. But last year a bunch of road work clearly took a chunk out of their sales because they…
Reminds me of some larger airports I’ve been in.
I’ll admit to eating at one every now and again, and that’s still pretty true. It’s pretty good comfort food if you’re not too picky; I mean, I wouldn’t try salmon at a Cracker Barrel any more than I’d expect a decent burger from a seafood place, but if you need something that’s just a blend of meat and sodium then…
I figure it’s less about Laszlo sleeping around and more about Laszlo sleeping around with witches. Though the bit where he couldn’t tell the difference between her and a disguised Lilith didn’t help.
I do think this is one of those ones where the individual jokes land better than the overall story. So ironically, moreso than some of the stronger episodes, this one inspired me pretty quickly for...
Well, dangit. Okay, then... It’s tough. It’s really close, there’s lots of great picks across all three of you, but I think Aimee squeaks out this one because she’s the only one where every tool on her list is something I either use regularly or something I would use regularly if I had the cabinet space to keep a…
Not gonna deny, it almost worked out in my favor that I lost track of things and missed the poll on this one, because I think I’d give myself a headache trying to choose who to vote for.
Few things remind me of how old I am than being reminded of ye olden times when I could get a footlong seafood and crab (which franchisees, at least around here, have relabeled ‘seafood sensation’) for $3.69. Also, the little cards with the stamps.
The weird thing that I can never understand is that even with that it’s viewing demographic was mostly women..which is just...strange.
Y’know, as weird as this sounds, I actually think a comic series might actually be the best way to do any sort of follow-up, because it makes it easier to do smaller, self-contained little adventures and arcs without necessarily needing to find an even Bigger Bad than Horde Prime to up the scales.
My best guess is these maps are usually made from mined search data. And there are a lot of places that don’t have a particular fast food restaurant where rumors might be flying around that a location may be coming to the area, leading people to google it to see if it’s true...
I dunno, I’d argue Colin’s still evil, but I think intent matters more than results when it comes to that sort of thing. Either way, he was in fine form tonight.
But, y’know, it’s totally finished, right? That’s what everyone smuggling info out of WB’s bunkers was saying? It’s so finished it still needs eight digits’ worth of work?
If his opening up about his cheating still sits heavy on her mind four years later, there’s definitely no answer that’s going to magically make this go away. Either he keeps up the lie and she’s going to feel like there are still things unresolved (mostly because, well, there are still things unresolved), or he tells…
I live in one of the 10 states where you can’t find Home Run Inn, so I can’t vouch for that, but my roommate and I have been consuming a lot more frozen pizza than we normally do. We usually keep a couple of Red Barons and one of a local brand called Colasessano’s in the freezer at any given time for when dinner plans…
