I think that's the case - as I recall, the library book with the Wizard Oath was only readable as such to those it chose, and only those who recited the oath received the magic.

I love Slaughterhouse Five - it's one of the few books that have actually brought me to tears, when I reached the part with the epitaph on the tombstone: "Everything was beautiful, and nothing hurt." Has this so-called professor even read the book, or did he just skim through highlighting cursewords and any mention…
F***ing pendulums! How do they work?!
But if Oscar could throw his trash can lid the way the Cap throws his shield, then he would still be a badass. Not that he isn't already, of course.
So awesome!
She would hand them their asses, no question.
So I'll just be another in a long line of cool women killed off by Supernatural. ;)
Agreed - I just think that calling it a promo for season seven when all the footage is from season six is misleading. Curses on you, Supernatural!
I'm confused as to how that's a promo for season seven of Supernatural. I've already seen season six. I can haz new footage?
Simply a matter of time, my friend. Simply a matter of time. And by then it will be too late.
I completely agree. I just hope that such an awesome character doesn't go out like this. And if involved Dean weeping bitterly about how wrong he was, then I wouldn't complain. ;)
If Castiel doesn't appear beyond the first two episodes next season, then some kind of reconciliation had better be forthcoming. His was the most interesting story of season six and we barely got to enjoy it at all.
Prom potato! I love it!
You made a serious dent in my effort to hate mornings. Thanks!
I didn't watch LOST after the first season, so I'm a little confused about the level of daddy issues. Would you say that it's equal to six seasons' worth of Supernatural daddy issues? Because that would be a lot.
As is the right and responsibility of any indoor cat. What does sleep matter when there's catfood to be had?
While I appreciate pictures of adorable kitties in almost any context, I do have to point out that I have never met a cat that had difficulty sleeping when it wanted to.
Benedict Cumberbatch as the voice of Smaug? HOW AWESOME!
My favorite meta episode is "Changing Channels", thou "The Monster at the End of This Book" is a close second. "The French Mistake" seemed to be very inside-jokey, so to someone like me who's not deeply involved in the super-fan conversations and culture, a lot of it went over my head.
No, but the frosting and sprinkles sharks were along shortly after to finish the job.
