“And why should the guy behind you in traffic know how rich you are? You know. You know. You don’t care what he thinks.”

Yeah, somehow I managed to learn my lines and blocking just in time, and we had a great run...right up until closing night when there was a big fire down the street that knocked out the power about 10 minutes from the end. Two awesome things happened when the lights went out: the actor playing Anselme didn’t miss a

Interesting. I’ll have to give that a try. What’s worked best for me (so far) is recording myself reading my lines (including any previous line leading to my dialog), then listen to the recording on repeat pretty much everywhere I go. I started out simply reading the script over and over, but I once got cast (at the

Yeah, I’m on board with the mayo thing, but that bite...

Agreed, and that’s why I never leave a low-star review until some time has gone by. Much like with email, angry Yelping isn’t healthy for either side.

True story. I wear a highlighter-yellow jacket and helmet, and I still have to give a WTF? head shake at least one per trip.

“sound in air is still faster than all mortocycles”

I hear ya. There’s one guy down the street a bit whose bike is obscenely loud, and he purposely braps the throttle next to vehicles with alarms. Total asshat.

My neighbor across the street rides a Harley with pipes, leaves early like I do (anywhere between 4 and 5) and he’s very respectful. He starts the bike, never revs it, then rolls out with as little throttle possible so as not to wake up the neighborhood. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for for a couple others.

Yep. That pesky doppler effect destroys the loud pipes theory every time.

The idea that you’ll be heard before seen isn’t a very good one. I commute Bay Area traffic via motorcycle every day, and those of the exorbitant brapping persuasion still manage to scare the crap out of me when they roll up from behind.

Inbox Zero is super easy and fast: Select All, Archive.

Odd design/build choices aside, this has me thinking about LTE signals and 700 mph. I can’t help but wonder how well phones would function while changing towers that fast.

Actually, you sound like the only person at the party I’d want to chat with.

I don’t know why this was ever a thing on any browser to begin with. I have never purposely tapped the backspace key with the intention of navigating back a page. What has happened is I’ve been typing and accidentally moved focus out of the text box only to hit backspace for a correction and get super pissed off

I never cared much for the video aspect, but only because I just don’t watch music videos, but to each their own. I actually had a very active group of friends using Turntable and we’d do themed sessions, etc., which made listening to music at work fun and interesting.

Reminds me of the now-defunct Turntable.fm; an outstanding listening platform that Big Music’s greed made impossible to maintain.

A super easy, healthful snack. Calling a snack “heathy” implies it takes good care of itself.

Jiffy Lube? Brake service? I won’t even let them change my oil...

All of them.
