There is a Waffle House less than 10 miles away from us that we used to frequent (before I decided to stop being fat.) We love that place. Most of the staff and management are black/black adjacent. One of the waitstaff was even the cook at my son’s day care. Lovely people, great food.

I won’t be going back.

When I saw this on the news this morning, I outright hollered...and then felt bad.

Why am I the only one who is missing spoons?! I literally went to Sam’s and bought a box of spoons because all of the spoons that belong to my sets are gone. You’d think that I had a house full of toddlers.
