I love the short hair, too. Had a similar cut once, LOVED IT. But, a lot less love for how often I had to get it trimmed. Also, I do not have a swanlike neck, which I think really helps with short hair.

I actually like the styling for this picture. Hathaway is good at various things, but I still haven't gotten into anything she has done....except her professionalism co-hosting the Oscars with James Franco, who she carried in that disasterfest. My eyes rolled into the back of my head and stuck there a week after her…
Old school food mill. I only use it a handful of times a year, but when I need something sieved finely or skins/seeds removed from something like tomatoes, this does the job so efficiently. Great tool to assist in home canning projects.
"If I were Indian or Jewish, for example, and watched something where the characters are Jewish or supposed to be, and if it's not specific to that, then I start to wonder, 'Why are they doing this?' It becomes blackface."
I know pancakes and waffles aren't super popular in the UK. I was surprised to see anything waffle-like on the plate at all. Waffle fries are totally acceptable because potatoes! ;)
These waffles appear broken. How can they do their one waffle job, which is to cradle delicious butter and syrup in their warm little waffle love pockets, when those pockets are FULL OF HOLES? I mean, they are the one sweet palate cleanser in this sea of savory fried goodness. Without butter and syrup, this is no…
I heart full English breakfasts. Add some fried chicken and a cheesecake, and this would be a great death row last meal for me. Twofer: It might even do the job of the executioner and save everyone some time.
I'm calling this concept the "Winner, winner, chicken dinner."
Interest piqued. What else is on your "poop list"? Maybe top five items. Go.
I'd love to try on just about every costume Vivien Leigh wore as Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With The Wind, but the apple green party dress holds a special place in my heart. Yes, the infamous Curtain Dress says everything you need to know about Scarlett. And yes, the garish and fabulous Red Dress she and Rhett fight over…
"Spwinkoling." Let's make this word happen, people.
Also stealing, "You're not real. I'm real." That is some next-level True Detective dis right there.
Gosmother. :)
I was at a big box home and garden store last night in Washington, and the gd clerk who checked us out (who actually seemed like a very cheery sort), was singing "Jingle Bells" between customers. No.
Ok, this is NOT meant as an attack on Isha, and I've seen these vids reposted on Gawker sites before by others. I suppose they are meant as "fish out of water" funny, like, "Look Old people don't get pop culture or modern tech." Or maybe, "Aren't the things old people say cute?" But most of the people shown in this…
"A Superior Court initially dismissed the sex solicitation charges because he agreed that Rowe meant no harm, but the charges were reinstated."
I am glad the charges were reinstated because I have a problem with the "meant no harm" part unless she was actually clinically and legally insane and did not understand…
Had a sorta similar thing happen to me once. I was in my early 20s and working a front desk reception job in the evening at a community center, veerrrry casual dress. After a couple years of employment there, my boss (a woman, btw) took me aside and asked me to wear "better fitting clothes" and indicated my shirt. So,…
