I think a pre-emptive decapitation of the Saviors is a very good idea when done in concert with a coordinated strike, but this is not that.

Given how many members of Alexandria have decided to try to kill Negan and failed (or will fail), it’s actually straining credulity that the Saviors don’t pull another Oceanside at some point.

They could have inserted a gif of rosita making an angry face and played it for 30 minutes on loop and I would have walked away with the same amount of understanding about her character.
