I think it’s a schtick to throw off outsiders. Jadis and the rest are clearly intelligent enough to
I do agree, and completely. I don’t think there is any excuse for that, so I’m with you 100%.
I was more just (hoping to) give a reasonable explanation for the people that read this article and were like “This makes no sense whatsoever.”
I can’t believe no one has mentioned the comparison of the Heapsters with the Star Trek aliens, the Pakleds, the species whose mission was “To look for things... We need help... To go.”
This too drives me nuts.
Rick: “Ok, we have the element of surpris...”
4. Has Ben Affleck ever met an autistic person?
daryl and carol not being an item or pining but still loving each other so much is pretty much the only good thing about the show.
Wow...I’ve been reading this recap/comments for a few years now, and it really helps me enjoy and understand TWD much better. Thanks to everyone!
I just can’t believe nobody has mentioned the symbolism of the quick cut from Carol locking herself in the house to the caged tiger.
Then, they mention just how much the tiger…
At this point, they should be able to take out zombies with the sheer force of their halitosis.
That’s fair. I just don’t understand why last night, when she said something along the lines of “I’ll do it myself!” Tara didn’t respond with, “Remember last time you tried to do it yourself, and Olivia died and Eugene was kidnapped?”
What if they fight, but it’s like from West Side Story????
“The Scavengers” will forever be be known as “The Garbage Pail Kids” in my household...take your scavengers nonsense and get outta here!
When the Heapsters were doing their improve marching band impression around Rick, I was expecting everyone to suddenly stop and do “jazz hands” a la Bob Fossey.
TWD has been relegated to background noise while I do something else.
> The scene where they were milling around before encircling Rick seemed very “I went to art school and studied film!”
I would say that they have had numerous episodes that shows the conflict between Gabriel and Rick, and the continued arch of his cowardice and fear of everyone including Rick, to his understanding of the new rules of the real world and his ability to accept that he wouldn’t even be here if it wasn’t for Rick.
This is totally like every third episode of Star Trek TOS, when they went to the Planet of the Ham Handed Metaphor.
Original Heapsters
How many times should Rick have died from infections alone?
