I already said that I didn't like the idea of a remake with women actors playing the original characters. A continuation of the story with new female actresses is ok but I still won't be sold on the whole third movie until I see the actual trailer. Reboots aren't always as good as the original.

seriously any rabid reader hates it when a book they love turns into a movie. People bitched about Harry Potter, even Lord of the Rings. I read Enders Game back in the 80s and I refused to watch it when the movie came out. I just didn't want the movie to muddy my vision of the book.
