nope. It's because I loved the movie and I don't want to see it remade with a bunch of woman portraying characters I loved. Again, if it were a continuation of the original movies then I would be ok with it but if it a flat out remake with the actresses playing a female version of the original character, ugh nope.

I guess it depends on how it's done. If it's a continuation of the storyline and original universe, I may be on board with that. If it's an actual remake with women, nope, not interested. And I am a woman, btw. Maybe it is irrational but I don't want to see the original characters protrayed by women.
