Try his Richard Bachman books, if you haven’t already. The Running Man, The Long Walk... His Bachman books are some of my favorites.

So, I had to read it in 10th grade which was.... nearly 19 years ago. Wow. I have no clue if they’re still making people read that. I sincerely hope not. Even back then I thought it was drivel.

Very true. Its like when it comes out that ONE person lied about being raped to get attention, which causes my mother (A staunch rape-apologist of the “what was she wearing” variety) to say “see! see! All these sluts just like to lie about being raped” It sets the cause back.

So old. Every time I hear that a news story happened 5 years ago, or something, I’m always shocked. Like, really?? 5 years? I thought that happened 6 months ago! Did you know that the whole “what color is that dress” thing happened in 2015?? That feels shocking.

She is an extremely attractive woman, I agree. I think she got the best features from both parents.

Soup and meat (or, best of all, meat soup) is the best reason for living! No wonder she’s miserable. I’m gonna send her some of my beef, mushroom and barley soup which I make in a slow cooker. It think it’ll give her at least 1 happy day.

Tayo is the actual worst. It also sounds like porn, due to the intensity of the noises that the “buses” make whenever something even mildly upsetting happens.

I vividly remember a teacher telling us not to read Harry Potter because its too easy to believe that wichcraft and wizards are real and would promote interest in magics. I was 12 at the time and remember thinking “Is this woman high right now?”

That’s funny, my 9-yr-old son also is having the worst time now with allergies. He is really suffering and I feel terrible, and helpless! He is currently on Allegra, he plays indoors a lot during recess, which sucks for him, and I wash his face, hands, and hair as soon as he gets home. It seems to help, somewhat.…

This, 100%. I too, have voiced an opinion that a commenter didn’t like and I got attacked. It turned me off in a big way. People are so eager to be offended and outraged that they don’t even ask for clarification before they call you the worst names.
