Yeah, exactly. I know it’s all hip and cool to hate on them for what they represent in our media/society, but they are actual people. Khloe is actually suffering. Hating on her because you hate what her family stands for when her ex (ish)-husband is comatose and likely dying in front of her is a dick move, no doubt.

Sad that Lamar Odom is on his last leg, yet the murderer Oscar Pistorius, keeps getting new ones.

Yeah it’s actually the saddest fucking thing I’ve ever heard.

Right? “I hate the Kardashians so I can have no sympathy for a grieving widow” is absolutely the most disgusting mindset to be proudly displayed during this media cycle.

Seriously. I had to read that quote three times because I didn’t understand that the brothel owner could possibly be going on a publicity tour off the back of a man potentially having overdosed in his establishment. I’d imagine if the man was a nobody he’d be distancing himself fairly sharpish rather than yucking it

I’d also say Khloe, as well. She seemed to genuinely love Lamar and eventually left him due to his inability to get his shit together - I can’t even imagine being in her position.

“I said, ‘Yes, I’m going to go on the “Nancy Grace” show.’ And she [the Kardashian publicist] said, ‘Please don’t do that. We’d rather have Khloe say what needs to be said.’ I told her to go to hell.”

While normally I would love to stan for the owner of a brothel (obvious reasons), this Hof dude is a wang and so is Nancy Grace and they are both super gross.

I kind of get the feeling Koko should have a baby of her own....

That’s the nicest thing I’ve seen all day. I had no idea Koko was still around. I remember reading about her when I was a kid! She liked kittens back then, too.

Did you see the age of the service members disembarking?

It’s one of the world’s great ironies that a woman in the military is more likely to be raped by her commander than an enemy combatant. And it’s funny, in the blackest, most twisted gallows-humor sense of the word “funny”, that a lot of people hear about this, scratch their hollow pates, node sagely and say: “Well,

that’s very helpful information! hack the mufuggin’ airlines.

I fly Southwest. No seat assignments, good prices, free checked luggage.

Every airline I’ve ever flown on has boarded all US Military personnel first, as well as anyone requiring assistance (disabled, elderly, etc.). I have a really hard time believing that the FA would be trying to help a disabled veteran board at the same time as the rest of the passengers.

Oh, you would be surprised how astonishingly arbitrary things can get. The stories I could tell you. The flight crews on these planes are on a mad power trip that they are not going to get over any time soon. I almost got kicked off a Southwest flight earlier this week for asking, in a tone of desperation, not malice,

I’m a relatively frequent business traveler and didn’t know that was the law. But there it is on the DOT site - if you are involuntarily bumped they are required to compensate you by 400% or $1300 for rebooking you on a flight that gets you to your destination more than 2 hours later than your original ticket (4 hours

I can’t turn my audio on because work, but was there booing in the video? Passengers rarely have much patience for other passengers being assholes, so I think they wouldn’t boo the flight crew if they didn’t think they were being arbitrary. But then again, I wasn’t on that flight.

“For as often as flights are overbooked, it’s hard to believe that an airline and flight crew would be so diabolical as to boot someone from the cheap seats in order to allow another passenger—perhaps a high-status frequent flier or someone who paid more for their ticket?—to be seated.”

“Because of your distinguished career, you’re going to wind up looking silly if you keep going on like this.”
