I'm going with embarrassing diarrhea on this one.
I'm going with embarrassing diarrhea on this one.
So in high school, my then-boyfriend and I would often "go bowling" aka go to this abandoned place in the woods near his house where we had a tent all set up for the making out and the sexytimes. We'd already been interrupted a couple of times that night— parents coming home unexpectedly, etc— so we left for the tent…
If you're getting a Slurpee, are you really THAT concerned about making sure it's diet? Just make it half-Coke, half-cherry like a normal person.
That was clearly the best part of that episode.
Dude. I just watched an episode where Scully hires an energy healer to work on her hospitalized friend. So...
If anyone is looking for absolutely wonderful, sane, non-judgemental makeup advice (including contouring!), I highly recommend Lisa Eldridge's site. I only recently discovered her, and man, I wish I'd had her calm, easy-going reassurance when I was a teenager. I get really exhausted by the arbitrary laws that some…

Really? Once a rescue approves an application, they're powerless to cancel an adoption and refund the fee?
I worked at a no-kill Humane Society for several years, so this comes from my experiences, not just talking out of my ass.
It seems like people really want to make the rescue the villain here, which is unfortunate since it will only make people distrustful if them and unwilling to donate. Shelters run almost solely on donations, so I honestly don't see the good in dragging Karma through the mud for this.
This is awful, but I can completely see how it happened. The dog escaped the yard, as dogs often do. The dog ended up in rescue, the rescue thought she was a stray, and adopted her out. They never got the voicemail about her, and by the time they got the adoption application, she was already being adopted by a new…
Same here. On rare occasions, its twice a week, but we're pretty firmly planted in the once a week schedule. My boyfriend would probably prefer twice a week, and I'd probably prefer like once every 2 weeks so...its a compromise.
