Yeah, we also had the Uno here in Europe. The 1.3 turbo was a great hot hatch.

The original Panda.

IFA. The iconic truck of Eastern Europe.

MG ZT 260

Chrysler/Simca/Talbot Horizon, COTY Europe '79.

As Gabor already mentioned, bombs and artillery shells are often found in Budapest (fortunately, only a couple of infrastructural and industrial sites were bombed in Hungary, and most of those are located in/around the capital).

I real asshat is the dirver of the silver Opel Zafira (the minivan). Not only does he get stuck in the intersection, but he won't move an inch to let the Beemer-driver through. Automatic headlights. When it's dark (or you need them on), you turn them on, end of story.

One of my friends had a Pug 206 with such wipers. It probably had some kind of software glitch - when rain was getting lighter, and the wipers should have switched down a level, sometimes it would switch to turbo-mode and scratch the windshield like hell.

Actually, that's Budapest, Hungary. Just 200 km from where I live. Frightening. I could meet this woman on the road anytime.
