As Gabor already mentioned, bombs and artillery shells are often found in Budapest (fortunately, only a couple of infrastructural and industrial sites were bombed in Hungary, and most of those are located in/around the capital).
I real asshat is the dirver of the silver Opel Zafira (the minivan). Not only does he get stuck in the intersection, but he won't move an inch to let the Beemer-driver through. We don't even know what the BMW driver said. It could be anything from "would you back up a little, please?" to "I'm gonna f-word murder your…
I actually know this guy (I mean the driver) - Barna Kőváry, Hungarian rally legend. He's a friend of my brother's.

Actually, that's Budapest, Hungary. Just 200 km from where I live. Frightening. I could meet this woman on the road anytime.
That won't beat the CHAMP.
Sadly enough, cops rarely bust these "tuners" (we're talking about Hungary). And when they do, fines are a joke. What's even worse: these cars pass the MoT without any problem whatsoever, since MoT stations are just a hotbed of corruption.
Anything that masses with your lights, especially your tail/brake lights.
