Why is everyone talking about he weak 5-speed WRX transmissions when the car in question is an STI with the much stouter 6 speed? I’m not saying it’s a WRC spec race box, but they are nothing like the 5 speeds on the durability front.

I can report that the Raptor that lives down the street happily returns home each day after work clean as a whistle. The guy has a Challenger that he drives on the weekends. I calculate that 98% of Raptor owners are the same way.
