He states he likes to go offroad. Unless it’s strictly for towing, a 2wd basically defeats the purpose of having a truck....IMO.

It’s technically not meat.
WRX wagon.
A 2wd truck? About as useful as a poop flavored lollypop.
Bugatti had to know it was going to crush and humiliate the Chiron...kind of embarrassing for them.
Again, lighten up....although there is much truth to my statement. Your one example does jackshit to prove/disprove anything. Ohh a 9ers fan in San Fransisco...is that the new hipster thing to do?
It’s called a joke...lighten up
ahh but they do pick up people and transport them from A to B?
Wow, looks like it’s published data with set times...whodathunk and not based on holidays or instantaneous high demand.
I’m aware that flight fares change. You don’t lock in your fare, read the fine print I’m sure there is something in there that can allow them to fluctuate the price, they just don’t.
I’m not referring to what this lady did, cabs aren’t allowed to charge different rates according to what day it is. Get with the program.
They provide the same services, now you’re going into semantics.
What if airlines were allowed to do this? When you’re at the gate and they have people willing to pay more for a seat so you’re force to pay their surge price or not take the flight, do you think that is fair?
I’m all about free market, just don’t force some to play by the rules and other not. That’s about the opposite of free market.
The question still is, does it excitedly say what the surge pricing is? In this case a whopping 8x
Free market and consumer protection are two different things. I don’t see why cab companies and hotels have to abide by dozens of rules while ride “sharing” and Airbnb don’t have to. Whether it be for price gouging or safety.
You’re asking a lot from the dumb ass general public...most who use it while intoxicated
Their base fare is irrelevant. They’re limited to how much they can charge and can’t jack the rate up w/o notice. They have to charge more because they have to pay for a fleet, maintenance, licenses, insurance...etc. Uber relies on the individual for all that.
That’s why there are laws preventing cab companies from doing this...somehow Uber gets to skirt the rules and gouge people.
Oh no, what am I going to do. Your comments are completely contradictory.
