Around this time I was driving the piece of shit they call the Chevy Astro. A/k/a the death mobile due to its rather unfortunate issue with turns at any rate of speed wanting to flip over.
I drove one of these beauties all through High School. Loved it.
This one is not close. My mom had an 85 soft top, black with tan leather. My friends and I would drive through the Ohio winters with the top down wearing hats and gloves. Even the emblem was cool, a plastic glass (no idea what it was made out of, but pretty sure not diamonds) Chrysler emblem. I so wish I still had…
Yes, well they have more work to do than most US based automobile companies. Protocols for the Elders of Zion anyone?
While this may be true to not enjoy the misfortune of others, there is nothing wrong with appreciating the ironic inevitability of this.
The back side is literally the most epic thing I have ever seen.
This mighty van belongs in the Smithsonian for all of America to bask in its glory.
sadly, no. things are not great for the former glass capital of the world.
Brilliant. I nearly choked on my coffee reading your comment.
The real story here is that you can buy a house and empty lot in Toledo for $112,000.00. I’m from Toledo so I am surprised if someone is going to be working the Grift angle that they would set their sights so low.
I saw this giant GMC truck at the gas station the other day. The driver was a smaller than normal guy, but not super short and he was shorter than the freaking sides of the payload area.
come on, imagine wearing a matching Fedora hat and Zoot Suite in that fine blue pulling up to the valet.
Actually I think DeKalb County, Georgia is more corrupt. Hard to beat Sheriff elect murdered by former Sheriff. This is the tip of the iceberg.
The union support of Trump is an embarrassment. And yes, Unions stand “lock-step” for officers that kill people. That is how Unions work. They advocate for their members. If a union started vetting who they would lend their support they would be violating their fiduciary duties. You either have a system where Unions…
Unions only impact on police brutality claims are that the officer cannot be fired without an investigation and hearing. This has zero impact on how the District Attorney wants to investigate and prosecute the case. Everyone simply wants to merge the two entirely different concepts into one thing.
Where on earth did I say police unions should not be reformed? There are two issues you have raised in your article. The first is reformation by state law, i.e. right to work laws. The second is internal union reformation. I strongly favor internal reformation over having the state which probably does not have the…
What about teacher unions that protect teachers that cannot teach? Trying to patrol one union is going to set fire to the entire construct.
That is nonsense. I grew up in the Rust Belt where Unions are king. I hold no truck to the Police Union, Postal Union, UAW, Teamsters, etc. Unions already have lost massive power since the 1960s, and by all means weaken the police unions as well, but don’t think this will only impact police unions when you do.
Isn’t it actually funny how anti public union the left has become? That is the real story.
