You are also conflating union rules with criminal justice. My comment does not have anything to do with criminal rules of procedure, such as the rule that police are allowed to be present when the grand jury determines whether to bring charges against an officer, how the law considers arrests, etc. I am only talking

So I have explained why police unions might not be a bad thing. What is your solution? Is it to do away with unions? Is it to bring outside law into the operation of the police unions? You do not say, other then simple bromides that the left does care about police unions.

No, you are conflating substantive due process with procedural due process. When a department smears a victim, etc. that jeopardizes that specific case. Procedural due process is the written rules laid out before an incident happened. These different rules, such as not firing an officer right away but instead doing an

That is obvious. But the problem is that the solution is to peel back the due process rights of police that they have gained over the last 100 years. What makes people mad is that officers don’t get kicked off the force when something comes up. Instead there is a “process” which angers people. Its similar to the

What does that even mean? Are people on the left all of a sudden against public employee unions? No they are not. They have simply picked one public employee union they do not like. Its a dangerous game to play when someone gets to decide what type of employee is entitled to a union and what type of employee is not.

I find it somewhat interesting that people on the left are all of a sudden opposed to a labor union.

I cannot be the only Batman nerd who notices Aston Martin just ripped off Grant Morrison’s bat mobile. It is my hope that Grant Morrison is the rich purchaser of this newest Batmobile.

Awesome. Love this absurd automobile Odyssey.

A Map of Toledo would be much better. But I will still probably buy this thing.

Most importantly thank you for representing the Tigers in Europe with that classic hat.

This 12 pound weight is sure to become the next collector’s item must have.

No its just lazy and racist. Like there has really only been one good white basketball player ever.

Ok, I should have been clearer. No articles about a white basketball player “other than Larry Bird” can refer to Larry Bird. I think if Larry has a son or grandson or something like that it would also be able to say, Larry Bird III is the grandson of Larry Bird. But other than that. no.

Can we make a new rule? I call it, never use the name “Larry Bird” in an article about a white basketball player rule. Its absolutely silly.

They are equivalent. Climbing a mountain literally makes no sense. Neither does a supped up truck.

The same reason people climb Mount Everest.

This is a Bad Boy Truck! Looks great. I never knew this even existed. Its the type of thing that re encourages to me faith in humanity.

What is really happening is that the GOP has become the party of the Reactionaries. It is no longer a conservative movement wishing to conserve long standing institutions, The Church, Chamber of Commerce, VFW, even trade unions. Instead the Reactionaries are basically against modernity, which I mean acceptance of
