It is a word:

It’s “caliber” not “caliver”, Andy.

You don’t think there’s a difference between an F150 grill and the sharp pointed beak of the Cybertruck?

Of course they are making it to the news. Here’s a quick one just on this very site you are reading.

If these “experts” are “concerned” about the Cybertruck, then they should also be “concerned” about trucks like these

Yeah, that amount is paltry and insulting.

Tesla Model 3 is a stunningly good buy right now, sadly. I would still have reservations about buying one as long as Muskrat is still associated with the brand, among my other reservations about Tesla.

So even more injuries on top of its “My eyes! MY EYES!!!” issue.

That’s the point!! I am the tech bro ubermensch, the John Galt of the information age, and I am more important than you. Get out of MY way.

Not only are “experts” concerned just as much about those trucks, there have been multiple postings across multiple sources for multiple years. They (including this website) have even pointed out how it is a bigger American problem than other nations. Taking those same big grills and turning them into pointed steel

Are you kidding? There’s literally been studies that show trucks are more lethal to pedestrians and other cars. The experts are saying that the LowPolyTruck will be even worse due to its particular design.

Hmm, what to believe? The qualified opinion of a crash testing expert or the opinion of an aloof visionary with a history of bad predictions? Crash tests will bear out the real data, but until then the opinion of the former IIHS leader should carry far more weight.

$2760 per month to raise 3 kids?! Besides Musk being a billionaire, even if this was a an upper middle class family with kids in a modest private or catholic school that costs $8k/year, a divorced parent might not be able to keep the kids in their school with this ridiculously low cap. Texas- pro life for the unborn bu

Then you should try mapo dofu (chinese) or soondobu (korean).

The first time I ever actually enjoyed tofu was the first time it was ever presented to me as “It’s not a meat replacement, it’s its own thing.” The panini place using counter space in the bar/cafe I was working in had a smoked tofu sandwich, and when I scoffed, they offered me one to try and convince me it was good.

Careful, or someone might “trick” you into being less miserable.

I once got a appreciative nod from the chinese family that runs my local chinese restaurant for loving their spicy vegetable fried tofu plate and when I asked why, they said that typical americans usually give it a pass because it doesn’t contain meat and they consider it one of their best dishes.

I know that Lifehacker is no longer a sister site to The Takeout, but A.A. Newton did an awesome breakdown of multiple ways to cook tofu:

You’re missing out on tofu skin, fried tofu, stinky tofu, etc... And you’re right that it’s not necessarily a meat replacement, it’s its own thing. Chinese food probably has the most diverse uses as well as different types, but all different Asian cuisines use it for its own purposes.

Thank you! This is a really excellent look at how versatile and underrated tofu is.
