Way to try and make this oddly, entirely about you.

Chili crisp is magical. I keep a giant head of napa cabbage in my refrigerator at all times for noodle bowls. I very thinly sliver a few leaves and add them to the boiling noodles about 1 minute before the noodles are done cooking, just enough to warm up the cabbage. It adds a nice crunch to the final dish.

I like to roast broccoli at 425⁰F for about 40 minutes but with a small pan of water (about ¼ cup) at the bottom of the oven. The water steams the broccoli and then evaporates before the high heat toasts the florets. The result is perfectly tender broccoli that’s not all dried out but still has browned (not burnt)

Plastic anchors have a flange that should butt

I don’t see this as financial illiteracy so much as just that younger people tend to make less money and cars are more expensive now than ever.

If you have a heat gun or a hair dryer you can smooth out the top of a candle or melt it enough to rescue a flopped-over wick in less than a minute.
