If wishes and buts were candy and nuts...

I noticed that too. Very annoying. Here you go: https://artifact.news/

Have you seen the teeny-tiny ones that you sometimes get at fancy brunch spots? They make me squeal!

Cheers to you. I gave up men 15 years ago and have never been happier. I never realized how much effort and energy gets poured into a relationship but it’s fucking exhausting and with so little (if anything) in return. After I stopped dating I suddenly had so much more space and love for myself. It's been nothing

I’m disappointed to not see seitan (made with vital wheat gluten, or VWG) on this list. It’s incredibly cheap to make and is loaded with protein. Per Calorie King, just 1/4 cup (1.1 ounces) of VWG contains 23 grams of protein. Amazon has a listing of a 4 pound bag of VWG for $22.49, or $.35 per ounce. VWG on its own

In the process not only did she do ample damage to her property

Score the potato with a shallow longways cut prior to baking. Then after it's cooked, squish the two ends towards the center (use hotmits or tongs to protect those dainty fingers) and it'll split right open with a fluffy, craggy center and be a perfect vessel for your toppings.

This article went to great pains to avoid talking about threesomes/orgies, which I would think would be the most obvious use for such giant mattresses. Just me?

Those poor, terrified children (and the presumed spouse/partner of the driver). What a nightmare to go through.

She's standing on a stair one above the rest of the group to account for the difference in height.

For oily messes I first dissolve the gunk in a little oil like the article says, then sprinkle with baking soda to scour it away. Wipe away the now-oily baking soda and you're done.

Soy milk can also be used as an "egg wash" for breads because it gives that same shiny finish.

Thank you for highlighting Risk! It’s one of my all-time favorite podcasts but it's never seemed to gain a very high listenership for some reason.

I just stick them, uncovered, in the freezer until they’re frozen (a couple of hours, maybe?) then put the frozen slices in a ziplock bag for longer term storage. I wouldn’t leave them naked in the freezer for very long because I don’t want them to pick up freezer taste/smells. If you try to freeze them all clumped

All methods are wrong. Stick those leftover slices in the freezer ASAP. The next day (or whatever), stick them in a 450⁰ oven for 6-7 minutes or run them through a toast cycle in your toaster oven. They will taste perfectly fresh and not dry or stale.

It’s one thing to teach fable as fable, it’s another to teach it as fact. There’s nothing wrong with playing pretend or make-believe. There’s no mistaking that those aren’t reality. But when parents teach that something fantastical and nonsensical is real, it causes real confusion and devastation for some kids.

Yeah, but it also receives regular over-the-air updates so #worth.

I don’t hear much about seitan, which is a plant-based complete protein. 100 grams of the stuff contains 25 grams of protein while only having 126 calories, plus it’s cheap and delicious. https://www.nutritionix.com/food/seitan/100-g

THANK YOU. Want a pet? Go to a shelter or rescue. The workers and animals will be thrilled to see you. I shed no tears for anyone getting scammed while trying to buy a designer dog.
