I love capers and frequently use them in a simple sauce for fish made of butter, lemon juice, capers and a bit of the caper brine. It’s a piccata sauce, really. Sometimes I mince the capers for better distribution but I often leave them whole.

I tried the Teriyaki one and while a bit too sweet, it was much better than I expected. I too, like the vegetables. They may have been the biggest surprise for me.

I’ve always been amazed by people, like my father, who can eat the same thing over and over again without losing their mind.  I often have a hard time eating a dish I’ve just prepared because I’m so tired of looking at it and smelling/tasting it. Leftovers are a struggle.
