The Isdera Imperator also appeared in the game Spy Hunter, at least on the arcade cabinet.

He also had a recurring role on the Rockford Files, which was probably the first place I saw him.
Oh yeah! I’ve always wanted one of those and think periodically about tracking one down. Apparently, they’re very difficult to get parts for, unfortunately.
Ellen Aim was the first one I thought of.
Yeah, I’ve always described it as a light-hearted Mission Impossible, and that is an endorsement.
While I am keen to try this pie, I couldn’t be more in agreement with your Cheddar Melt position. Those things were gold.
I love capers and frequently use them in a simple sauce for fish made of butter, lemon juice, capers and a bit of the caper brine. It’s a piccata sauce, really. Sometimes I mince the capers for better distribution but I often leave them whole.
You’re right! I tried the turnip greens and they don’t taste at all like turnips. I enjoyed them, so I’m definitely going to enter them into the rotation.
One of the things I always thought was a perhaps under-appreciated strength of Conan is that he is an absolute wizard at talking to and connecting with ordinary people. Kids too, like the scene in the Haitian schoolroom where he gets the delighted kids to essentially stage a drumming revolt during class. I remember an…
I loved “Jar Barf”, which was just footage of industrial-sized condiment bottles discharging their contents through a crudely cut mouth in the lid. It was just the right kind of aggressively dumb. Plus, it was accompanied by an oddly soothing song.
I love collards, but I’ve never tried turnip greens even though they’re usually available at my supermarket. I guess I’ve avoided them because I’m not crazy about actual turnips. They’re going on the shopping list now, though!
Agreed. Stubing was always, absurdly, going on about the burdens of command like he was John Paul Jones or something. Come on, Stubing. You’re a glorified maitre d’.
I wanted to like this twice. Once for the content and once for your name. Well done, Doctor!
Thank you! I’ve been complaining about this for years. The never-ending hunger for serial killer content in this country is as nauseating as it is baffling. How many goddam Hannibal Lecter projects does one universe need? At this point, I think there have been more films and television shows about serial killers than…
I think their Creamy Tomato Soup is the best pre-made soup I’ve ever had. I go there specifically to buy it. Also, I’m always knocked out by how good the dried mango is whenever I buy some.
Oh, that’s a shame. I’ve heard that other people have been blocked by accounts that they’ve also had no interaction with. I wonder how that happens?
I tried the Teriyaki one and while a bit too sweet, it was much better than I expected. I too, like the vegetables. They may have been the biggest surprise for me.
Nobody makes me laugh on Twitter more consistently than George Wallace.
I wish I could remember it better, but I think it had something to do with the Oscars. I remember Joel’s ‘boy-toy’ had an envelope over his crotch, which is what Joel peeked into.
I’ve always been amazed by people, like my father, who can eat the same thing over and over again without losing their mind. I often have a hard time eating a dish I’ve just prepared because I’m so tired of looking at it and smelling/tasting it. Leftovers are a struggle.
