This is how I’ve always heard it. Doesn’t matter who you are, your performance WILL improve with higher frame rates because of the stronger hand/eye connection. Now, it may be less of a benefit going from 240 to 360 hz as you did from previous jumps (60 to 100, 100 to 144, 144 to 240), but it should still help.
