But they don't have enough money to make this kind of project out of their pocket. The kind of rich people who work in TV production are is not nearly as rich as the kind of rich the people who finance TV production are.  And they aren't asking for the money to spend on hookers and blow.

Agreed on the first part, this is really just some boilerplate stuff. At least Sony isn't trying to stop them from saying they are bummed about losing Harmon, and even seems to take it for granted.

This is probably a joke, but for the record, Chevy Chase did not instigate anything that happened. Harmon tweeted that he has heard from Chevy since and they are basically still friends, it's just that they can both be huge babies about their work.

By all reports it's objectively true that Harmon's handling of the practicalities was lacking. But there was no need for Sony to throw the baby out with the bathwater.

He definitely needs serious therapy, but he's not ready for that. Neither he or the script treats Britta as his therapist as 'real' therapy—he explicitly says she's the only person he would trust to do it, more or less admitting that it's because she's not smarter than him. He's terrified a real therapist will decide

Evil Abed used the dimensional portal technology from the model UN. It was imaginary, but so is he, and thus he was able to hack into Abed's imagination via the dreamatorium.

In the first episode of the show, Marshall proposed to Lily and Ted went out with Robin, but it didn't work out. By the first season finale, Marshall and Lily broke up, and Ted and Robin were a couple. By the second season finale, Marshall and Lily were married, and Ted and Robin… didn't work out.

The difference is that Abed *chose* to skip the marathon. Annie rearranging his room and a guy somehow stealing an hour of his life away by moving around the hands of a simple mechanical instrument are both things he can't control or avoid.
