@StormtrooprDave: I agree about the sluggish performance. Plus development has stopped for GNU/Linux.

@pullapint: Me too. It might be UK thing?

@louiedog: Yes, sorry I meant vinyl album. Obviously with a CD it's easy.

It's easier to get a pirate copy of an album than it is to somehow record it to a digital file, clean it up, divide it up and tag it.

@pjcard: This isn't giz

@Gadget3440: I love the bit when he literally *wrings his hands in frustration* at his inability to defeat Superman.

@Hamslicer: Here he is as the Green Cross Code man.

@foolish-rain: I think it jumped the despair squid when they switched to the rock opening tune, IMHO.

@dpenzel: Not to mention the fact that Brian Croucher is ONE OF THE WORST ACTORS IN THE WORLD EVER IMHO. It didn't help that he sounded like he'd just got off the train from Mitcham.

I remember using SUBST to make pirated DOS games think they were running off the correct drive.

Great article. Another example was The Eich in Smith's Grey Lensman. They captured and tortured our hero, Kim Kinnison, then infected him with a virus/fungus, then released him. The infection meant that the Galactic Patrol's doctors had to amputate all his limbs! Haha! Such a cruel fate! Crippled by your own friends!

But isn't this linked into Flickr?

@P_Smith: Yes, yes, I know. Well done.

My AT&T contract runs until July. Then I will seriously consider this phone. I will leave AT&T anyway, because they annoy me. By July, there may be other choices anyway.

@adventurat: I got food poisoning from Tartar sauce once. So I'm biased.

@_Ko0LaiD_: Cue huge discussion about whether lids are the work of Satan...

@P_Smith: Ah, that wonderful use of the word "real" on Lifehacker. Real pasta. Real coffee. Real America...

@GlennA: Right. Since moving to the US from the UK, I've been stumped as to why the huge pot is necessary for 2 servings of spaghetti.
