I love David Seah's compact calendars. There's a pretty good approximation for the Palm (I know, this is a post about paper stuff, but still) here: [www.freewarepalm.com]

Serious suggestion, heard many years ago: Grind up some cat litter (the basic stuff, not scented or anything), then use it as a dry shampoo.
I've played with this before - it must have been an earlier version, because it borked when drawing the right-hand-side of the conduit diagram.
Let me just say "Fire Hazard!" to get it out of the way. I don't mean it, I just want to say it first :)
@zyzzyva: (also Snyke) Exactly. In fact I'm sticking with PalmOS, because of the better Linux support.
Wow, such a simple piece of useful functionality, and they removed it. Sounds like a right palaver.
@Atake: Precisely. Unless this is faster, I won't be using it.
Any ideas on how to get Ubuntu 8.4 + Logitech Quickcam Pro 5000 to work?
@GlennA: hehe I just checked Gnome's preferred apps, and it said I had Evolution selected, which is why it wasn't working. Duh.
@infmom: Well, obviously, but with these tools it make it simple just to dump them there without having to think about it. Simpler, quicker, less to think about.
Is there an equivalent for Linux users? I use Xandros/KDE and Ubuntu/Gnome distros.
I used Launchy on Windows, now on Linux I use Gnome-do. I wish it did Google searches built in though. Anyone know how to make it?

@compMaestro: Exactly. Don't mean to be a grumpy-pants, but this is the sort of thing that should be a simple option to change, rather than fiddle around with poxy javascript.
I don't use RAW, I don't think my camera supports it. Who is this poll aimed at? The question could do with qualification. "Never - I'm a casual snapper" "Never - I don't like it" etc.
A quick search shows many "online HTML editors" which all do the same as this, albeit less prettily. None of them support colspan or rowspan, which is the reason I want a generator.
OK, it's a bit extreme, but the principle is sound. Put regular appointments in your (paper or digital) calendar, and if necessary use calulations to figure out when they would be. Car services, medication. In my case, I should really visit my family more.
I do a similar thing for my repeat prescription for asthma medication. I don't get it bad, but if I run out I do get wheezy. The inhalers have a set number of puffs before they run out, so I calculate how long they will last: 2 puffs in morning, 2 at night = 4 per day etc. Then I can send my repeat prescription…

@Chaoticfluffy: I'm half way between your earlier method and your newer method. I have a "rarely read" tag that I often just wipe clean, even with >500 posts.
