People love to bellyache about how far SNL has fallen. I’ve been hearing/reading that refrain for the past 20 years. SNL has always- ALWAYS been hit and miss; even in the early days; it’s just incredibly hard to turn in an entire show of consistently funny sketches.

In that event, most of these people will see it as some conspiracy, ie the deep state or whatever bullshit, that robbed them- Trump will somehow dodge blame. These people are purposefully blind to his bald-faced grift, and they always will be.
