What makes it ‘factless’? Those two points dont really change the severity of the crimes committed- the FACTS are that white lady stole more, committed more crimes, and is going to serve less (none) time.

I’ve been using Hangouts for years and years. It’s not great, but it worked. Was always annoyed by the inability to search messages. Anyway, I just went to the Play store to download Google Chat and the almost unanimous conclusion is that Google Chat is much, MUCH worse than Hangouts.
