Not even close. They’re comparably priced- almost identical pricing tiers, actually, but Sienna has almost double the cargo volume. Power sliding doors for the win. It’s vastly, VASTLY more useful for a large family (ie 4 kids or more) as a people hauler, and honestly its a fantastic utility vehicle for schlepping

This powertrain needs to find it's way into the Sienna for us larger-family types

Agreed, Voltec is a pretty solid powertrain. I feel like they actually were heading in the right direction with the ELR. That thing is still quite the head-turner. They just priced it $20000 too high.

Lol I got hyped up for the same reason.  Emily Blunt could sit there and read the phone book and I'd watch it. But yes, a good DP  can very much help a movie be better, I suppose... Sigh...

Yes, in Vegas, getting picked up means something absolutely different than the rest of the country. At least, outside the city jurisdiction.

Late to the party here. This is most excellent. I have but one nit to pick: make sure you’re the one in focus, not the stuff on the back wall. If it were me, I’d definitely throw myself completely out of focus on purpose, but you owe it to your fellow Jalops to see that beautiful mug of yours in razor-sharp HD.

Maki?

WTF, no Goat Simulator? Hard pass

Well, I suppose that’s great news for whatever country that decides to start a war by lobbing oak trees at its enemy

Funny you should say that, I was actually thinking about the mazda6 after i wrote my comment.  birds of a feather

I was going to say exactly the same thing.  $25k for a sedan that looks like this is absolutely remarkable, it’s not stunning but it’s got damned refined lines and definitely hits way above its weight class.  Color me impressed.

Daniel Cameron is heir apparent to Mitch fucking McConnell.  So, there’s that.

hey dont bring Nathan into this. nathan is a decent dude.

“To the professor’s credit” - - are you fucking kidding me? The professor is apparently just as lazy as this‘student.’ I mean, seriously, that’s considered clever these days? Congrats, you watched the movie and managed to remember the MOST MEMORABLE quote of the movie. 100/100 for you!

Who's this Scotty person you're referring to?  As far as I know, transparent aluminum was developed by Dr. Nichols at Plexcorp.

Perspective is obviously one issue worth addressing, but a bigger one would be latency. From the video there’s a clear delay in the projected image compared to what’s ‘actually happening’- understandable since obviously the image needs to be funneled through the camera and back out of the projector inside the car. But

As a network television editor I can attest to how mystifying the freewheeling use of music on YouTube is to me. Every cue I’ve ever used in television had been meticulously logged and paid for. Successful composers in film and television are handsomely compensated, and rightfully so. Music budgets for larger studio

Amen. Still driving my 2002 WRX. Not quite Honda reliability, but I also haven’t been plagued with bad head gaskets (knocks on wood) that Subarus are known for from that era.

What a bunch of knuckle-dragging mouth-breathers. Jerry Springer meets auto racing
