V8, 4WD, 4th-generation 4Runner.
I worked as a tech at a Hyundai/VW dealership. I worked on Hyundais and thanked my lucky stars for that when I saw TDI Touaregs having their entire powertrain removed for things like EGR valves or A/C compressors.
The Ecoboost has it’s own problems with timing chains and cam phasers.
How about no? I’ve driven the things, I work on them for a living, I see the complaints from the customers that are pissed that they’re getting 15. Keep the fanboi thing going though, it’s just as entertaining here as it is on F150 forums.
It won’t get any better when it warms up.
There’s a reason Expeditions are affordable and Suburbans, Yukon XLs, and Toyota Sequoias aren’t. It’s a pay me now or pay me later scenario. When the Ford needs cam phasers, broken spark plugs removed, or timing chain work, you’ll pay the difference then.

Ridglines are awesome, but they’re still an SUV with a birth defect.
I drive a 4Runner and a Mustang II and frequent Mustang forums, I’ve literally heard it all.
Bob Lutz should know a thing or two about car companies going broke.
I don’t know what I’d need for breeding stock to get there, but I’d want the end result to be an Audi A6 Allroad with Toyota-like reliability and ease of service/maintenance.
You don’t have the old Microsoft version of Sync.
The Toyota 4Runner 4WD is the correct answer.
The oft-forgotten lovechild between a Town Car and a Mustang GT in that condition for that price is a steal all day.
