I hope it's more American Dad than Family Guy. In other words, the less MacFarlane actually has to do with it, aside from lending his voice to a character or two, the better.

This show has a lot going for it. It's got heart, and it's got laughs, and it's go MF'n MJF.

I was going to say exactly the same thing. I loved that it almost made me believe that Monk was a real character, albeit one trapped in a monkey puppet.

Mike singing Dixie seemingly unaware of it's… historical association, was hilarious. I enjoy the song, it's a catchy little ditty that will forever be associated with terrible atrocities. 

Ugh, I just watched something on TV, now I need to know if other people who watched it felt the same as me! And I can't just go about this in any kind of sensible manner, I need to be As. Obnoxious. As. Possible.

I had every single book in the Goosebumps series when I was a kid, they were my prized possession. Oddly, I never knew it was a TV series also. It looks terrible. I was all about Are You Afraid of the Dark. I donated the books to a childrens hospital about 10 years ago. They were very appreciative. I like to think
