Yes, I have a visceral reaction to these stories and I believe this is why for me too. Just the thought of it makes me feel so personally violated. I didn’t even enjoy breastfeeding, but yet this makes me want to feral. 

I find the after effects are so much worse as I get older and it has forced me to slow down. It isn’t just prolonged hangovers. It is also causing severe anxiety and depression and it affects me for a good week or two. I am not impressed.
