Clearly the agents are not negotiating strongly on the behalf of the female clients. This is happening way too often and a lot of the time the underpaid woman who is allegedly less famous is not in fact less famous? E.g. Jennifer Lawerence vs. Jeremy Renner!! How come we never hear about a woman being paid 100 times…

My mother who was an activist did not want me to join the Brownies due to the sexism, but I rebelled and joined when I was in Grade 4 because it was what all my friends were doing.
