My brother got his loaded 4x4 F150 for 15k under MSRP, though it still cost him twice what my (admittedly not loaded) Tundra cost. He gets 50% better MPG than I get, but…

Yeah Tyler definitely takes at face value everything he’s told by his sources in the defense community. If they say something is the Greatest Threat to Our Freedoms, that’s reported uncritically. He seems blind to the (honestly not very well) hidden agendas of these types.

But they’re talking about LOWERING the standards. And mixed-gender combat teams have already proven to be significantly less effective than all-male ones. Facts are facts here; either we’re going to lower the standards in order to accommodate women, or we’re going to not have women in combat. It’s really that simple.
